Before trialling Flow, it was hard for me to cope with my daily life. I knew I should have been taking care of myself as well, but I really didn’t have much time for that.
I was included in the Flow test group and used the product for a while. After I stopped using it, I noticed that I was getting tired again. All I wanted to do was sleep, but of course, that wasn’t always possible as a mum with kids. So I started taking Flow again. I got an incredible amount of energy, really quickly. Previously, it seemed like all of my energy was spent on work. Now, I exercise daily and my endurance level has increased.
