Pacifica is a subspecies of spirulina, selected in 1974 by the UN Food Conference as the world's best alternative source of nutrients. This is the spirulina used in Arctic Extreme. To ensure high quality, only the best part of the crop is used.
Hawaii is an ideal place to grow high-quality spirulina thanks to its clean climate and abundant sunlight.
