The Finnish Food Act decrees that a product can only contain the ingredients listed on its label. We manufacture our products in accordance with international GMP and ISO quality standards. These standards guarantee high product quality and safety.

Yes, they can. Our product range has been designed to support a normal diet. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Probably yes, because Arctic Oils does not contain any fish protein. However, we recommend testing the product first before using it regularly.

Arctic Extreme

Arctic Extreme combines bilberries from the Arctic region and freshwater algae Spirulina Pacifica, grown in Hawaii.

Pacifica is a subspecies of spirulina, selected in 1974 by the UN Food Conference as the world's best alternative source of nutrients. This is the spirulina used in Arctic Extreme. To ensure high quality, only the best part of the crop is used.

Hawaii is an ideal place to grow high-quality spirulina thanks to its clean climate and abundant sunlight. In other words, the Spirulina Pacifica in Arctic Extreme is the best-quality spirulina available in the world. In addition, our products are manufactured using vitality-preserving cold technology.

The Spirulina Pacifica in Arctic Extreme contains a precursor of Vitamin A (beta carotene), which our body converts into Vitamin A as necessary.

Arctic Booster

The lingonberries in Arctic Booster have been picked from the Arctic region, while the Noni fruit comes from Fiji.

Arctic Vital

The colostrum in Arctic Vital comes from Germany. It is milked from cows in the Bavarian region. The product uses colostrum from the first four times a cow is milked after a calf is born, which is the best-quality colostrum available.

Arctic Vital also has Arctic bilberries, the most vital berries in the world.

Buying and ordering

When paying by credit, you will need the three-digit card verification code (CVC) next to the signature panel.

  1. You can pay by clicking on the payment link in your order confirmation
  2. Enter the card number, expiry date and CVC
  3. Confirm your payment card details using the PIN app or your mobile key.
    (You can find more information about authentication on your bank's website.)
  4. Then go back to the provider's website. If the payment was successful, you will see the following text on the page: “Payment completed successfully”.

If the payment fails, we recommend that you check the following card settings in online banking:

  • Online payment / internet sales allowed
  • The daily transaction limit is sufficiently high

We will start processing your order quickly, so it is not possible to edit your order after payment.

You can edit an Easy and VIP order whenever you want, but at least three days before the payment for the order is processed.

The order can be picked up within seven working days. If you forgot to pick up your order, it will be returned to us. Please note that not picking up your parcel is not the same as returning it.

We charge a postage fee of € 8.90 for the reshipment of any unclaimed package returned to us in Finland. If you want your order to be resent to you, please contact our customer service.

In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, orders can be exchanged and returned within 14 days. Returned products must be in a saleable condition, otherwise the return cannot be accepted.

For orders in Finland a postage fee of € 8.90 will be deducted from the refundable balance of the returned order. We will refund the amount you have paid using the same payment method that was used to make the original payment to us.

If you have a complaint about a product, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. Please check your delivery carefully.

Please inform us in advance regarding any change of address. However, if your parcel has ended up at the wrong address, there is no need to worry: we will redirect your parcel to a new address.

The price of the service is € 25. The price will be charged before the redirection. Please note! The price will also be charged if the address details you provided are incorrect and the post office redirects your parcel.
